What does this company do well?

I have worked with More Than Models multiple times and they are fantastic. Ashlyn is a phenomenal leader, incredibly kind&intelligent. I love working with this company&her awesome team: Chelsea, Anna&Tawny. *Plus all the leads were amazing: Amanda, Antonio, Desiree, Christine, Jody & Tonneli

Everyone was great! All the Managers and Leads were great to work with. They made us feel we had an important role to play.

The management was very kind to us. Nintendo was also very communicative about their expectations and what they had in store. Instructions were upfront and everyone was treated with respect. I had a lot of fun in this position and would do it again!

It was good MTM brought a few of us who demoed Pokemon Legends Z A back. I thought our knowledge helped speed up other players demo knowledge and skill when dealing with attendees. The carpet this time was nicely padded. Food was catered for everyone who worked.

There wasn’t much I could add. It was a rocky start with the new demonstrators and a few additional zones for Kirby Air Riders and Nintendo’s third party section. Nintendo really improved wait times for all areas. I thought our booths were solid. A few attendees mentioned how they enjoyed how we ran

What does this company do well?

Many of us who were hired were flew in and put up in our hotel i.e. travel and lodging covered. Food was catered. All we had to do was focus on working. The brand sells itself and there were no pressure to sell or advertise the brand.

What can this company improve?

This was not MTM’s fault but more so something the client could improve on. It was hard to stand for prolong periods of time on concrete floors. It would be nice if everyone was able to stand on mats and/or padded carpet.

Positive, perfectionist, and genuine. MTM is so amazing and contracts rock stars. I would work for them anytime.

Organization, compassionate leaders, great amenities for staff (catered lunch, swag packs, parking reimbursement). MTM even set up a BA info sheet for us to be able to connect on lodging and carpooling. Never had an agency do that before and it proved incredibly valuable for the team.

Great communication. Lots of hours (good thing). Fun and well organized event. Pay quickly and on time.

Nintendo Switch is a massive Tour, MTM did a great job organizing do man BA’s also making sure we receive adequate info, and they fed us, providing lunch is always nice.

Rate was good. Information was a little last minute but I would allude that to the client and not the agency.

Make great experiences for brand ambassadors and attendees. Always a pleasure to participate in well planned and organized events with MTM.

This is an AWESOME company to work for! VERY professional, personable, and communicative. Paid in a timely manner, and the work was fun. MTM ensures you have ample scheduled breaks, and everyone makes you feel like part of the team from the very beginning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Early communication and follow up communication with detailed emails as usual. Got paid two weeks after last day of the gig.

Ashley has always been extremely communicative and professional in the management of MtM. She understands presentation and delivery and consistently produces a product that you can clearly follow from beginning to end.
