Their communication was very thorough. The training on-site was helpful. The other BAs I worked with were all great! Overall, this was one of the most fun events I got to work because we got access to see the concert afterwards.

They were very professional and organized with clear expectations for the event, great communication, all details and roles explained at the training. It was a super fun event to work with and we were given many breaks throughout the day with swift payment within 2 weeks.
