We are currently seeking a highly driven, professional leader to become a Part-Time Autonomous Store Front Expert at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood CA We are seeking a team of enthusiastic and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in introducing fans to our innovative autonomous shopping system powered by AiFi. Your mission will be to enhance fan engagement, educate visitors about the technology, and ensure a frictionless shopping experience. Essential Functions of this Position: • Customer-Centric: Passionate about providing exceptional service to fans • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and eager to learn about autonomous systems. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities. • Adaptability: Able to handle dynamic environments and adjust to changing situations. • Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work with diverse groups. • Availability: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities • Fan Engagement: Interact with fans, answer questions, and create a positive atmosphere within the autonomous shopping area. • Education: Educate visitors about the AiFi-powered autonomous checkout system, explaining how it works and its benefits. • Assistance: Assist fans in using the technology, guiding them through the checkout process, and troubleshooting any issues. • Promotion: Promote the convenience and efficiency of autonomous shopping to enhance fan satisfaction. • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from fans to improve the shopping experience and report any technical issues. • Collaboration: Work closely with other Brand Ambassadors, stadium staff, and AiFi representatives. • Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and monitor the shopping area for any irregularities. • Schedule: o Based on Intuit Dome Events o 1-2 Week Lead Time for Scheduling Pay Rate: $26/hr If you are passionate about changing people's lives by changing how they experience technology, apply to join our team today!
