Job Title: Brand Ambassadors & Team Leads for Home Shows Pay Rate: Team Lead (TL): $27/hour Brand Ambassador (BA): $25/hour Bonuses available based on performance. Job Description: OutCold is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors and Team Leads to represent a consumer brand at the home show in King of Prussia. These are exciting opportunities to be part of a growing team and make an impact by generating leads for in-home consultations. This is a lead generation role so Brand Ambassadors MUST be comfortable in a lead collection role. You will be tasked with representing the brand at a home show and singing customers up for free in home show appointments. You will receive a bonus based on how many leads you collect. Roles & Responsibilities: Brand Ambassador (BA): Represent Empire Home Furnishings with professionalism and enthusiasm. Approach and engage attendees to promote our brand. Collect lead information and sign customers up for free in-home appointments. Meet and exceed lead collection goals to earn bonuses. Team Lead (TL): Everything included in the BA role Lead and support the on-site team during events. Ensure all staff are briefed on event goals and represent the brand effectively. Oversee the lead collection process and ensure data accuracy. Serve as the point of contact for event management and report performance outcomes. Qualifications: Prior experience in promotions, customer service, or sales is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with a lead collection role. Team Leads must have prior leadership experience. Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
