We had a few hiccups with communication with a booking agent, but JoAnn (owner) helped to fix that and was very apologetic and professional. Very sweet and looks out for her BAs.

Easy to work with. Ruth is a professional and friendly booking coordinator. PBA has great brands and events ranging from auto shows to sporting events and festivals. I will work for them anytime I am available.

PBA had great communication & was very transparent. The client made a last minute request to have this event staffed & PBA did an amazing job getting it done. They hired reliable BAs who did an amazing job. They paid same day! I highly recommend working with PBA and JoAnn was an absolute pleasure!
