Team Lead/Servers/Plating & Dishwashing Staff Location: Abernathy Road, Fairfield, CA 94534 Date: Sunday, May 25, 2025 Shift: 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM Guests: ≈ 102 Setting: Outdoor (indoor breaks available) Parking: Free onsite ‑‑ STAFFING NEEDS ‑‑ Team Lead x 1 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM Server x 6 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM Plating / Dishwashing x 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM We’re Looking For Friendly, professional individuals Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Experienced in hospitality, banquet service, guest engagement Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable in fast‑paced event environments Bonus: Certifications such as TIPS or Food Handler’s Schedule & Key Duties 9:45 AM – Arrival, unpack boxes, set tables 10:45 AM – Food delivery (Team Lead to inspect & sign) 11:00 AM – Setup complete 11:15 AM – Guests arrive; fill tea cups Service Flow Memorial‑Day speech Serve salads → clear plates Family‑style pancakes + toppings table‑side → clear plates Serve brunch platters; maintain water, lemonade, tea on tables Clear & cut vendor pies Clean‑Up Wash all plates, tea cups, glassware Full breakdown of event areas  Dress Code: Formal white button‑down, black bow tie, formal black slacks, formal shoes Long hair tied up; well‑groomed appearance Closed‑toe shoes required Pay & Logistics Paid via Direct Deposit Hourly rate: Team Lead $25 per hour Servers & Plating/Dishwashing staff $22 per hour W‑2 position; payment issued the following Friday
