Party Helpers – Outdoor Wedding Location:  Glenside Circle, Lafayette, CA 94549 Date: Saturday, May 31, 2025 Shifts: 12:15 PM - 8:30 PM (two staff members) 4:45 PM – 11:00 PM (one staff member) Guests: ~100 Setting: Outdoor Parking: Street parking available  We’re Looking For Friendly, professional individuals Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Experienced in hospitality / food & beverage service / guest engagement Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable in fast‑paced event environments Bonus: Certifications such as TIPS or Food Handler’s  Responsibilities Event set‑up before guest arrival and full breakdown afterwards Greet and direct guests upon arrival Serve beer, wine, and soft drinks; clear/clean glassware and plates Keep dining area tidy: continuous clearing and table resets Dress Code Formal White Button Down / Black Bow Tie / Formal Black Slacks / Formal shoes (long hair must be tied up) Well‑groomed, clean appearance Closed‑toe shoes required Any required tools or supplies will be specified in advance Pay & Logistics Rate: $25 per hour – paid via Direct Deposit W‑2 position; payment issued the following Friday
