Servers required Date: Friday, April 25, 2025 Location: Rue Ferrari, San Jose, CA 95138, United States Guests Expected: 425 Indoor/Outdoor: Indoor Theme: Formal Wedding Duties & Timeline Arrival Time: 7:45 PM Serving Timeline: 8:30 PM – Serve salad 9:00 PM – Serve plated dinner (prepared by caterers) 9:45–10:00 PM – Cut and serve cake Ongoing Responsibilities: Serve plated meals to guests Fill and refill water and horchata throughout the evening Cut and serve wedding cake Manage and restock self-serve dessert table Clear plates and glassware throughout the evening General clearing and cleanup of tables Note: Drink goblets will already be set on the tables. Parking: Reserved parking for waitstaff is available behind the venue near the dumpsters. We’re Looking For: Friendly and professional individuals Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Experienced in hospitality, serving food & drinks, guest engagement, etc. Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments Bonus: TIPS, Food Handler’s, or other relevant certifications Dress Code: Formal White Button Down / Black Bow Tie / Formal Black Slacks / Formal shoes (long hair must be tied up) Well-groomed, clean appearance Closed-toe shoes required Pay & Logistics: Paid via Direct Deposit This is a W-2 position Payment will be made the following Friday Rate: $25 per hour
