Wait Staff Required Location: Gravel Pond Rd., South Abington Township, PA 18411 Date: Saturday, June 21, 2025 Shift: 3:15 PM – 8:30 PM Guests: ≈ 130 Setting: Outdoor, semi‑formal Parking: On‑site parking with directional signs  We’re Looking For Friendly, professional individuals Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Experienced in hospitality, buffet service, or guest engagement Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable in fast‑paced event environments Bonus: Certifications such as TIPS or Food Handler’s Responsibilities & Timeline 3:30 PM – Set‑Up Prep dinner‑buffet area in tent Receive catering delivery (3:45 – 4:00 PM) for cocktail‑hour platters Arrange chafing dishes & keep food warm 4:30 PM – Event Begins Finalize buffet; assist with food handling (no direct serving) Refill beer, wine, and soft‑drink stations Greet & direct guests as needed Post‑Dinner Break down buffet​ area Assist with dessert set‑up Clear tables & help with overall cleanup  Dress Code Formal white button‑down, black long tie, black slacks, formal shoes Long hair tied up; well‑groomed appearance Closed‑toe shoes required  Pay & Logistics Paid via Direct Deposit Hourly rate – $22.00 W‑2 position; payment issued the following Friday
