All needed documents to prepare for the event were readily available with your event details. Event details were clear. Contact information for your supervisor was also readily available, and they were only a phone call or text away. Event went smoothly.

What can this company improve?

there really isn't anything I can think of for areas of improvement. actually there is one thing, but I'm not even sure if it was an issue for this specific event or not... there is often no allergen card to be found for beauty &/or food/drink demos, and I have had to make my own allergen sign often

Samplersinc did well by making sure there was virtual mandatory training before the event, which gave everyone a chance to ask questions and prepare for the event. There was a supervisor always only a phone call away. The event ended a few days early, but compensation was given for the following day

Can't think of anything. the event shutting down early was unexpected, and I think it was handled accordingly

Event went well. There was a virtual mandatory training held a few days before the event, answering any questions and preparing everyone for the event. There was always a supervisor a phone call away. The attire was your choice as long as it was professional/appropriate, & 50% off jewelry for BAs :)

if anything and possible, having the store (being Costco in this case) aware & ready for when the event is being setup or broken down, because there is usually a long wait for the required help & machinery to setup/take down the event

This company should have more frequent pop ups like the one presented on 6/21/2026. It was well received.

I was impressed as I have not worked with Samplers since Covid (appreciated merchandising work). Training was excellent, communication great and compensated for picking up extra shifts when there was fallout.

This company was incredibly responsive and understanding! They remained very professional throughout the hiring process and within communications, they made it very clear on everything they needed us folks to do. Highly recommend working with them!
