Spitfire Event Marketing is looking for a Field Marketing Managers for an upcoming program with JUNKLESS. (https://junklessfoods.com/) Program will run from Jan 6 to May 4 . This is a part time program with an estimated 30 hours per week. Events will likely be on Friday , Saturday and Sunday. With weekday work being designed for admin, product drops, in stpre demo, etc. There will also be some travel as some events will be outside of the home market. Territory covered will be NY, NJ, Long Island, Update NY, Eastern Penn, and Boston. Manager - - ideally based out of NY or northern NJ but open for the right candidate - Must have previous management experience preferably with a snack or drink brand - Ability to travel and be away for a weekend - Be available for the entire program (or can can give any conflict dates at time of hiring) -have a clear driving record. Some events will be taking place at ski reports so comfort driving in snowy conductions is a MUST - ability to lift 50+lbs - place to park a larger SUV (we will reimburse for parking if you need to pay for it ) Manager - $33 per hr Job responsibilities include - -Sourcing events that fit the demographic (ie sporting or athletic events) -Sampling at events, Product drops, and guerrilla sampling -Building relationships with local businesses and event organizers to find additional sampling opportunities. -Weekly calls with client, brand ambassador scheduling, recaps, time sheets, expense reports. -Manager will also have a storage unit and branded SUV that they will be responsible for. -will also have a budget of hours for brand ambassadors . Manager can either select one designated BA to work the whole program , or have a team of BAs who work based on their availability. - visiting storage unit to load product and keep inventory - setting up at event (10x10 tent, tables , signs etc) Possible Schedule Monday - Off Tuesday - Off Wednesday - Off Thursday -Admin (4 hrs) Friday - Product Drops / Gorilla Sampling / possible travel (8 hrs) Saturday - Event Day - Half Marathon - (8 hrs ) Sunday - Event Day - Outdoor Expo / travel to home market (12 hrs) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN UP TO DATE RESUME ON YOUR PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE RELEVANT TO THIS JOB.
