I love that everyone was so understanding, and willing to find a solution to every problem immediately if there was ever one (I didn't feel like there was any issue)! Things ran smoothly from my end, and I enjoyed getting to meet and know everyone. I sincerely hope to work with the team again, TYSM!

Perhaps clearer communication about reimbursement amounts ahead of time would have helped, but aside from that, they seemed very accommodating throughout this unexpected issue during the event. Thank you, and especially thank you for the birthday wishes! 🥳

Ethan & Christina were perfect with communication and feedback. They were able to make updates in real time. They also supported staff needs. Ethan was intentional with getting to know the staff and placing them in appropriate roles. I felt prepared and supported. I will work with them again!
