The Field Marketing Agency is a nationwide sales and marketing firm that helps national brands increase sales in retail stores. We are looking for an experienced, sales-focused Brand Ambassador to join our demo program for a premium brand. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in conducting cooking demos, engaging customers, closing sales, and motivated by sales goals—not just creating brand awareness. Details 🔹Start Date: ASAP - Booking March & April with potential to extend into 2025 🔹 Demo Duration: 4 hours Whole Foods / 3 hours Sprouts (plus 30 minutes to set up) 🔹 Schedule: Mon 3-7, Sat & Sun 10-2, Fri 3-7, Sun 3-7 Note: Schedules are NOT flexible once dates are secured 🔹 Required Minimum of 2 stores per BA, so be sure to check our openings for another store in your area when you apply. 🔹 Pay: $28/hr., W2 (bi-weekly pay via direct deposit) 🔹 We provide all demo supplies 🔹 Paid training provided Key Responsibilities: ✅ Product Presentation – Set up and maintain an eye-catching sampling station to attract customers per our example. ✅ Customer Engagement – Interact with customers in a friendly, sales-driven manner to highlight product benefits. ✅ Sampling Execution – Cook/heat product, distribute food samples while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. ✅ Sales Conversion – Encourage purchases after sampling, aiming to exceed your sales goal for each demo. Track and report on sales in the End-of-Day Report Form. ✅ Brand Representation – Represent the brand professionally, communicate with store managers about inventory, and maintain a strong in-store presence. ✅ Feedback Collection – Gather customer insights through the End-of-Day Report Form to improve marketing and sales strategies. Who You Are: ✔ Sales-oriented – You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales goals. ✔ Confident & engaging – Comfortable approaching customers and asking for the sale. ✔ Detail-driven – You follow through with tracking sales and reporting data. ✔ Passionate about food & customer service – Enthusiastic about delivering a great experience. Requirements: ✔ Proven experience in sales-driven brand ambassador roles ✔ Current Food Handler’s Card (must have before applying) ✔ Professional attire: Solid t-shirt (blouse or polo), black cap, black pants or blue jeans (no logos, no holes), comfortable closed-toe shoes ✔ Must be comfortable using an air fryer/hot plate ✔ Must be comfortable working with sales goals ✔ Strong communication & detailed reporting required ✔ Must have a smartphone capable of downloading our app, checking in/out using with GPS on during your entire shift, and completing the EOD report before leaving the store 💡 We provide paid training to ensure you feel confident and prepared for success!
