The Field Marketing Agency is a nationwide sales and marketing firm that helps national brands increase sales in retail stores.
We are looking for an experienced, sales-focused Brand Ambassador to join our demo program for a premium brand. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in conducting selling demos, engaging customers, closing sales, and motivated by sales goalsβnot just creating brand awareness.

πΉ Demo Duration: 3 hour demos
πΉ Schedule: Fri Sat Sun 11-2, 12-3, 1-4, 2-5, 3-6 (depending on retailer) Note: Schedules are NOT flexible once dates are secured
πΉ Pay: $25/hr., W2 (bi-weekly pay via direct deposit)

Key Responsibilities:
β Product Presentation β Set up and maintain an eye-catching sampling station to attract customers per our example.
β Customer Engagement β Interact with customers in a friendly, sales-driven manner to highlight product benefits.
β Sampling Execution β Distribute food samples while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
β Sales Conversion β Encourage purchases after sampling, aiming to exceed your sales goal for each demo. Track and report on sales in the End-of-Day Report Form.
β Brand Representation β Represent the brand professionally, communicate with store managers about inventory, and maintain a strong in-store presence.
β Feedback Collection β Gather customer insights through the End-of-Day Report Form to improve marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements:
β Proven experience in sales-driven brand ambassador roles
β Current Food Handlerβs Card (must have before applying)
β Professional attire: Solid t-shirt (blouse or polo), black cap, black pants or blue jeans (no logos, no holes), comfortable flat closed-toe shoes
β Must be comfortable working with sales goals
β Strong communication & detailed reporting required
β Must have a smartphone capable of downloading our app, checking in/out using with GPS on during your entire shift, and completing the EOD report before leaving the store
