*IMMEDIATE PAYMENT AVAILABLE* You will be in charge of operating a simple single fryer setup so you MUST understand the importance of temperature and timing. You will be frying food and prepping it with simple disposable plating so the client can hand out free samples to show attendees. You must be able to understand the food safety importance of making sure food is at the proper temperature (to avoid contamination and sickness) and you must be able to stand on your feet for your entire shift (outside of your paid break times). You must have your food safety/handlers certification and will also be in charge of keeping your area clean at all times. You must have your small area cleaned and back to the way it was when you started before the end of your shift. All tools will be provided. Please note in your application if you have any previous restaurant experience and if you have ever operated a deep fryer (work or personal). Please also note any food/beverage companies that you have performed in store or event demos for. You will be paid within 24 hours of your shift end.
