Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter BAs to conduct an in-store demo for Q MIXER at WHOLE FOODS LOCATIONS. If you're passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply! We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities. Demos MUST take place on the date and time listed. If there are multiple demos in your area, preference will be given to individuals available for ALL demos. Demos are 3 hours for a NON-ALCOHOLIC mixer. Demo dates, times and locations: ***MAY 5*** May 5, 4pm to 7pm - Louisville, KY May 5, 4pm to 7pm - Nashville, TN May 5, 4pm to 7pm -Lexington, KY May 5, 4pm to 7pm - Indianapolis, IN May 5, 4pm to 7pm - St. Louis, MO May 5, 4pm to 7pm - Cincinnati, OH May 5, 4pm to 7pm - Columbus, OH May 5, 4pm to 7pm - Washington, DC May 5, 4pm to 7pm - Rochester, NY ***MAY 10*** May 10, 11 am to 2 pm - Charleston, SC May 10, 11 am to 2 pm - Mount Pleasant, SC ***MAY 17*** May 17, 11 am to 2 pm - Charleston, SC May 17, 11 am to 2 pm - Mount Pleasant, SC ***MAY 24*** May 24, 11 am to 2 pm - Charleston, SC May 24, 11 am to 2 pm - Mount Pleasant, SC ***MAY 31*** May 31, 11 am to 2 pm - Charleston, SC May 31, 11 am to 2 pm - Mount Pleasant, SC Payment Terms: - $28/hr (1099 contractor) - Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9AM EST). - Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment. - No travel pay. - Product reimbursements added to paycheck. Requirements: - Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket. - Ability to read and understand written directions. - Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle). - Responsiveness to emails. - Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn. - Professionalism in writing demo reports. - Reliable transportation. - Adhere to food safety guidelines; food handler permit may be required. - Self-motivated, independent, and proactive. Event Details and Duties: - Learn product details via brand website and training materials. - Set up and maintain a clean demo area. - Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales. - Track inventory, tidy and face shelves. - Submit detailed, professional demo reports. - Follow food safety guidelines. Comfortable cooking when required. - Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines. - Track expenses and accurately submit expenses in demo reports. - Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.
