Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter BAs to conduct in-store demos for Dr. Bronners in Fresh Thyme. We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities. ***2 3 HOUR DEMOS AT THE SAME LOCATION. DEMOS MUST TAKE PLACE ON A WEEKEND DAY*** Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position—you must call stores to confirm stock AND set up your demos. We do NOT schedule for you (except where a scheduling portal is required). Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities. Requirements: - Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket. - Ability to read and understand written directions. - Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle). - Responsiveness to emails. - Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn. - Professionalism in writing demo reports. - Reliable transportation. - Adhere to food safety guidelines; food handler permit may be required. - Self-motivated, independent, and proactive. Event Details and Duties: - 3-hour demos between 10 AM - 6 PM (self-scheduled at peak times). - Learn product details via brand website and training materials. - Set up and maintain a clean demo area. - Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales. - Track inventory, tidy and face shelves. - Submit detailed, professional demo reports through Promomash. - Follow food safety guidelines. - Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines. - Track expenses and accurately submit expenses in demo reports. - Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely. Payment Terms: - $30/hr (1099 contractor) - Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9AM EST). - Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment. - No travel pay - Product reimbursements added to paycheck Apply at: https://vibrancemarketing.co/join-the-team Must submit a professional BA resume & professional photos.
