Gave plenty of notice and booked in advance! ( I always appreciate an agency that’s well prepared!) Showed trust in the BA’s hired therefore no constant “babysitting” by constantly “checking in” or emailing/texting you throughout the event. Clear communication;great pay rate &fun event!

The Recruiter and Event Manager did a great job explaining the details of the position, what to wear and what to expect prior to the event. They also provided a mini-training session prior to going live at the event and treated the BA's professionally throughout the process.
What can this company improve?
None that I can think of for this event. The event was well managed by 360 Now Events and Promotions.

Salesforce always has great energy. They made sure we had a private green room w/snacks & beverages. The work-to-break ratio was a good balance. Staff went above and beyond to give us positive feedback! Also— cute stickers and I especially love the inclusive environment.
What can this company improve?
If you offer tasty food to handlers (very kind, please do!), please also save some in back for mascots. We work hard and can’t snack in costume! 🙏

It was my first time with 360X but I enjoyed having all the information upfront! As with any events you encounter unexpected things however they kept us informed always and addressed all concerns and I truly appreciate that! The team is great and I will definitely be working with them again!
