Job Overview: We are looking for a Production Assistant to help set up and break down the activation space for our upcoming Distracted Driving Awareness Campaign. You will be working directly with our client to ensure the activation is set up properly and is ready to go for the live event. You will also be responsible for assisting at the end of the live activation to tear everything down and making sure all materials are taken apart and cleaned up. The Production Assistant will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the activation space, ensuring all event materials, including simulation equipment, are properly arranged and functioning. They will assist Brand Ambassadors and the Outreach Manager throughout the event by handling logistical needs, troubleshooting any setup issues, and maintaining a clean and organized activation space. They must be physically able to lift and move event materials and work efficiently to ensure the activation runs smoothly from start to finish. Event Location: Tyler, TX 75703 Date & Time: April 13, Shift 1: 8:00AM - 12:30PM Shift 2: TBD Pay: $30.00/hr Responsibilities: Arrive before event start time to assist with setup and organization of the activation space. Help set up and test simulation equipment to ensure it runs smoothly. Support Brand Ambassadors and the Outreach Manager as needed during the event. Assist with breakdown and pack-up of event materials after the activation concludes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space. Qualifications: Previous experience in event production or as an event assistant preferred. Physically able to lift and move event materials if needed. Quick problem-solving skills and ability to assist in various event needs. Must be reliable and punctual.
