Job Overview: We are looking for two Brand Ambassadors to engage with attendees and manage the various event activities. Your role will involve facilitating games and giveaways, educating guests about the importance of vaccinations, and encouraging participation in all the fun, family-friendly activities. You will be the face of the event, ensuring that everyone enjoys the festivities while promoting the core message of staying healthy through vaccination. Join us for a fun, family-friendly event designed to promote the importance of staying healthy through vaccination! This activation will raise awareness about flu vaccines and encourage attendees to keep their families protected this season. Event Location: Austin, TX Event Address: TBD Date & Time: March 31, 2:30PM - 6:00PM Pay: $28.00/hr Responsibilities: Facilitate event activities, including: Basketball game: Encourage guests to play, keep the game area organized, and engage players in friendly competition. Spinning wheel: Manage the prize wheel, explain the rules to participants, and distribute giveaways such as drinks, candy, and stickers. Giveaway stations: Hand out drinks, candy, stickers, and promotional items to attendees. Selfie wall: Encourage families to take photos with the luchadores and help with any photo opportunities. Face painting: Promote the face painting station and encourage kids and families to get involved. Engage with attendees: Approach families, kids, and individuals, and explain the event’s activities and the benefits of getting vaccinated. Share key talking points about the flu vaccine and other immunizations: "Getting vaccinated not only protects you but also those around you, including family, neighbors, and people with weakened immune systems." "Keep your family healthy this season with free flu vaccines at the mobile clinic." "Learn more about recommended vaccine schedules for adults and children at this event." Encourage participation in all activities, making sure attendees are having fun and are aware of the mobile clinic offering free flu vaccines. Answer basic questions about the vaccination process and direct attendees to the mobile clinic or provide them with resources for more information. Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring the activity stations are ready to go and keeping the area tidy during the event. Be proactive in ensuring a fun, engaging, and informative experience for all attendees. Event Highlights: Free food, games, and giveaways for attendees. Mobile clinic offering free flu vaccines. Activities include a basketball game, spinning wheel, drink/candy/sticker giveaways, selfie wall, and face painting for kids and families. Able to facilitate games and encourage participation in event activities. Excellent communication skills to convey the event’s key messaging in an approachable and friendly manner. Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or working in event promotions is a plus. Ability to stand and move around for the duration of the event. Team player with a positive attitude, ready to assist wherever needed.
