Job Overview: Brand Besties is seeking 3 Brand Ambassadors to represent our client at an upcoming brand activation taking place in College Station, TX. As Brand Ambassadors, you will embody our client's brand, engaging with event attendees, capturing memorable moments via cameras and mobile phone cameras, and ensuring a lively and dynamic atmosphere at the event site. Your main responsibility will be the INSTAX photo op, where you will take and give instax photos for concert goers and attendees. You will be tasked with promoting the brand's app which is a tool that allows users to create original templates for INSTAX Link Series printers and add them to photos they print and encourage attendee participation at the photo opp. The app can also help customers find digital content by scanning a QR code from the app. The app can be used to create unique, instant photos that can help build relationships between event organizers and customers. assisting our clients on-site team with setting up and breaking down the booth and organizing promotional materials before each day of the event. Event Location: College Station, Texas Dates & Times: Virtual Training - TBD (1 hour) April 5, 8:00AM - 1:00PM Number of Staff: 3 Pay: $30.00/hr Responsibilities: Engage with event attendees in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Utilize mobile phones and tablets to capture photos of attendees. Print photos using the INSTAX Biz app and instax printers. Assist in setting up and maintaining the booth to ensure it remains visually appealing and functional throughout the event. Proactively assist the client team with any tasks or requests as needed. Remain active and engaged throughout the event duration. Qualifications: Previous experience in promotional or customer-facing roles preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage with diverse audiences. Clear and articulate speech. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. Comfortable with technology and proficient in using mobile devices. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to commit to the event dates. Physically capable of assisting with booth set-up and breakdown.
