Job Overview: We are looking for five (5) enthusiastic and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent CeraVe at an exciting outdoor brand activation in Walmart parking lots throughout Texas. This activation will feature a branded CeraVe truck and interactive engagement opportunities for shoppers. The ideal candidates will be personable, proactive, and passionate about skincare and customer interaction. Ambassadors will be responsible for educating guests about CeraVe’s products, handing out samples, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Schedule: April 23, 9:00AM - 5:00PM Location: Walmart - Ft Worth, TX 76244 April 25, 9:00AM - 5:00PM Location: Walmart - Grand Prairie, TX 75052 April 26, 9:00AM - 5:00PM Location: Walmart - Irving, TX 75062 Pay: $28.00/hr Parking: Will be free on site. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Welcome/Waiver Brand Ambassador (1 Position) Act as the first point of contact for guests approaching the activation. Greet shoppers with enthusiasm and invite them to participate in the activation. Ensure all participants complete necessary waivers before engaging in activities. Provide clear instructions on what they can experience at the activation. Maintain an organized and efficient check-in process. 2. Walmart Entrance Brand Ambassadors (2 Positions) Position at each main Walmart entrance to distribute CeraVe product samples to shoppers. Engage with customers by briefly explaining the benefits of CeraVe products. Direct foot traffic towards the activation area to maximize participation. Ensure proper sample distribution and replenishment. 3. BizBox Brand Ambassador (1 Position) Work inside the CeraVe-branded activation truck (BizBox). Engage with guests by providing product education and answering skincare-related questions. Demonstrate how CeraVe products work and share key benefits. Foster meaningful connections with shoppers to enhance their brand experience. 4. Exit Area & Roaming Brand Ambassador (1 Position) Stationed near the exit area to collect feedback from guests via a short survey. Engage with customers to gather insights about their experience. Roam around the activation space to interact with guests, answer questions, and maintain engagement. Ensure overall guest satisfaction by making sure everyone has had a positive experience. Qualifications & Requirements: Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, customer service, or event promotions is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently approach and engage with customers. Passion for skincare, beauty, or wellness is a plus. Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to stand and be on foot for extended periods. Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
