Job Overview: We are seeking Brand Ambassadors to join our team for an upcoming brand activation with Kingsford Charcoal. As Brand Ambassadors, you will be tasked with representing the brand Kingsford at this Spring Grilling event. This activation is designed to create a fun, family-friendly environment where the public can experience Kingsford’s signature charcoal and grilling products. The event will include food preparation, interactive activities, prize giveaways, and a relaxing space for fans to enjoy the spring time atmosphere. You will be tasked with manning various activities taking place throughout the activation such as photo opportunities, corn hole games and more, handing out fun prizes, swag and other promotional giveaways and handing out food to all guests. Event Location: Cypress, TX Date & Time: April 30, TBD (5 - 8 hour shift) May 1, TBD (5 - 8 hour shift) May 2, TBD (5 - 8 hour shift) May 3, TBD (5 - 8 hour shift) Pay: $28.00/hr Responsibilities: Engage with guests: Actively engage with attendees, sharing information about Kingsford products and ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Food Distribution: Hand out food samples prepared on-site using Kingsford charcoal, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene. Activity Management: Oversee and assist with various activities and games at the event, encouraging participation and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Swag and Giveaway Distribution: Hand out Kingsford-branded swag items, promotional materials, and prizes to attendees. Atmosphere Management: Contribute to a lively, fun, and welcoming atmosphere at the event, ensuring all guests feel included and enjoy their time. Setup and Breakdown: Assist with the setup and breakdown of the activation area, ensuring all materials and equipment are organized and ready for use. Qualifications: Food Handlers Permit is required by all staff. Outgoing Personality: You must be energetic, friendly, and comfortable interacting with a diverse group of people. Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and support your fellow ambassadors. Reliable and Punctual: Strong commitment to showing up on time and fulfilling all assigned duties. Experience: Previous experience in brand promotions, events, or customer service is a plus. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, participate in outdoor activities, and handle light physical tasks like setting up equipment.
