VIP Concierge – Formula 1 Miami (May 1-5, 2025) Location: Miami, FL Dates: May 1-5, 2025 Shifts: Varying shifts (6-12 hours per day) Pay $1,800.00 Total About the Role: Brand Besties is seeking highly professional, polished, and hospitality-driven VIP Concierges for an exclusive Formula 1 Miami event. This elite role involves managing VIP experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless logistics, and delivering exceptional white-glove service. As a VIP Concierge, you will be assigned to a specific VIP and act as their dedicated host throughout the event. You will be their go-to person—escorting them from the airport, ensuring their schedule stays on track, coordinating with drivers, and handling all logistical details with discretion and professionalism. This is not a spectator role; it requires high-energy, attentive, service-first individuals who can anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and create a luxury experience for VIP guests. Responsibilities: ✅ Airport Arrivals & Transportation Coordination Greet VIP guests upon arrival at Miami International Airport. Assist with luggage and direct them to pre-arranged private transportation. Work alongside a designated driver to ensure smooth transit. ✅ Event & Venue Site Checks Conduct pre-event walk-throughs to ensure all venues, transportation points, and key locations are ready. Troubleshoot any potential logistical issues before guests arrive. ✅ Personalized VIP Hospitality Escort VIPs to and from their scheduled locations, ensuring they stay on track. Be the primary point of contact for their entire experience, responding to needs proactively. Maintain a discreet, polished, and high-touch service approach at all times. ✅ Uniform & Presentation Required uniform: Navy jumpsuit, jacket, handbag, white trainers, and white ankle socks (provided except for socks and shoes). Professional grooming and a polished appearance are essential.
