Schedule: Friday, February 7th, 2025 See various shift times listed below Saturday, February 8th, 2025 9:00PM - 3:30AM Sunday, February 9th, 2025 10:30AM - 5:00PM Location: New Orleans, LA 70130 Pay: $35.00/hr Roles and Responsibilities: Listed below by event and activation Shaq's Fun House (February 7, 2025) Hershey's (Shaq-A-Licious) Entry + Exit Sampling: Date/Time: Friday, 2/7, 7:30 PM - 3:30 AM Number of Staff Needed: 14 Duties: Distribute Hershey's product samples to guests at entry and exit points, maintain a clean sampling area, and engage attendees with a friendly demeanor. Footprint Sampling: Date/Time: Friday, 2/7, 7:30 PM - 3:30 AM Number of Staff Needed: 15 Duties: Hand out Hershey's samples throughout the event space, educate guests about the product, and keep the activation area organized. Verizon Fast Lane Checker: Date/Time: Friday, 2/7, 8:00 PM - 3:00 AM Number of Staff Needed: 12 Duties: Check guests’ access to the fast lane, ensure a smooth and expedited line process, and assist with any inquiries. Carnival Cruise Lines Candy Apple Distribution: Date/Time: Friday, 2/7, 8:00 PM - 3:00 AM Number of Staff Needed: 12 Duties: Distribute candy apples to attendees, maintain a polished and inviting display, and create a fun experience. Red Carpet Merch Distribution: Date/Time: Saturday, 2/8, 9:00 PM - 3:30 AM Number of Staff Needed: 12 Duties: Hand out branded merchandise to guests at the end of the red carpet, engage with attendees, and ensure brand visibility. Event Merch Distribution: Date/Time: Saturday, 2/8, 9:00 PM - 3:30 AM Number of Staff Needed: 12 Duties: Distribute branded merchandise throughout the event, engage guests, and maintain product inventory. Verizon Fast Lane Checker: Date/Time: Saturday, 2/8, 9:00 PM - 3:30 AM Number of Staff Needed: 12 Duties: Verify fast lane access and assist in managing expedited entry. Guy's Flavortown Tailgate (February 9, 2025) Carnival Cruise Lines Line Management & Photo Moment: Date/Time: Sunday, 2/9, 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM Number of Staff Needed: 2 Duties: Manage lines, direct attendees, and assist with photo opportunities. Pepsi Product Sampling: Date/Time: Sunday, 2/9, 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM Number of Staff Needed: 2 Duties: Distribute complimentary Pepsi products and engage attendees. King's Hawaiian Line Management & Voting Boxes: Date/Time: Sunday, 2/9, 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM Number of Staff Needed: 2 Duties: Manage lines, guide guests to voting boxes, and ensure smooth operations. Flavortown Cookware Photo Assistance: Date/Time: Sunday, 2/9, 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM Number of Staff Needed: 1 Duties: Monitor Guy cut-out, help guests take photos, and maintain a fun atmosphere. Flavortown Sauces Product Sampling: Date/Time: Sunday, 2/9, 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM Number of Staff Needed: 2 Duties: Distribute sauce samples using hawker trays and interact with guests. Verizon Expedited Line Management: Date/Time: Sunday, 2/9, 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM Number of Staff Needed: 2 Duties: Verify guests’ MyAccess credentials before directing them to expedited lines. Sabra Game Management & Sample Distribution: Date/Time: Sunday, 2/9, 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM Number of Staff Needed: 4 Duties: Manage interactive games and distribute sample snack packs. General Requirements: Must be personable, engaging, and comfortable interacting with large crowds. Previous experience in brand activations, promotions, or customer service preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks as needed. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Comfortable working outside, late-night and early-morning shifts.
