Job Overview:
We are seeking 2 VIP hostesses to provide an exceptional level of service for a luxurious VIP Lounge experience during the Super Bowl in New Orleans. Hostesses will play a key role in delivering personalized hospitality to VIP guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and seamless participation in scheduled events throughout the week. This role requires individuals who are engaging, personable, outgoing, and detail-oriented.
As a VIP Hostess for the Super Bowl VIP Lounge, you will provide exceptional service to high-profile guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, distributing daily credentials and personal itineraries, and providing general schedule information about events, parties, and transportation. You will also assist with on-site retail operations, such as managing POS systems and electronic orders. Daily tasks include setting up the lounge with schedules, credentials, and retail items before opening, and breaking down and securing materials at the end of each shift. Maintaining a polished, professional demeanor and anticipating guest needs are essential to delivering the VIP standard of hospitality expected in this role.

Shift Schedule:
Thursday, February 6
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Training for lounge operations.
12:00 PM - 12:00 AM: Lounge hours. Distribute room keys and Thursday credentials to arriving guests.
Friday, February 7
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM: Shift hours
Saturday, February 8
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM: Shift hours
Sunday, February 9
8:30 AM - 1:30 PM: Shift hours
Pay: $35.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Engagement: Welcome VIP guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Provide general schedule information for the week's events, parties, and transportation.
Credential Management: Distribute daily credentials and personal itineraries to guests and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Retail Support: Assist with on-site POS systems for retail items or support guests placing electronic orders.
Setup and Breakdown:
Set up the lounge daily with retail items, schedules, and credentials before opening.
Break down and secure all materials at the end of each shift. Deliver items to a secure location as instructed.
High-Level Service: Maintain a VIP standard of hospitality throughout all interactions, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality, VIP hosting, or event management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage schedules and credentials efficiently.
Comfortable operating POS systems and assisting with electronic orders.
Able to handle the physical demands of setup and breakdown.
Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a VIP setting.
Additional Information:
Training: A training session will take place on Thursday, February 6, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Attendance is mandatory.
Uniform: TBD. Uniform requirements will be communicated before the event.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
