Job Overview: Brand Besties is seeking an outgoing individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for an upcoming event at Pittsburgh Penguins games in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will be personable, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations with event attendees. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent a fun and exciting brand, educate people about their products/services, and actively engage with attendees to create a positive and memorable experience. You will be responsible for assisting your team lead with minor setup of the activation tent, prize wheel and raffle activity and manning a prize wheel activity that will allow attendees to win various prizes! Dates & Times: 10/18/2024 - 6PM-11PM 10/31/2024 - 6PM-11PM 11/2/2024 - 6PM-11PM 11/22/2024 - 6PM-11PM 12/7/2024 - 6PM-11PM 1/11/2025 - 3PM-8PM 2/22/2025 - 12PM-5PM 3/1/2025 - 2PM-7PM 3/15/2025 - 2PM-7PM 3/21/2025 - 6PM-11PM Pay: $30.00/hr Responsibilities: Engage with event attendees in a friendly and approachable manner. Educate attendees about the brand, products/services, and any promotions or offers. Initiate conversations with attendees to create excitement and interest in the brand. Demonstrate excellent brand knowledge and effectively communicate key selling points. Assist with setting up and managing event activities, including prize giveaways and interactive experiences. Distribute promotional materials and merchandise to event attendees. Collect feedback from attendees and provide insights to improve future activations. Collaborate with the team member to ensure the success of the event and achieve the event objectives. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer-facing or promotional role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage people confidently. Passionate about our brand and enthusiastic about sharing our story with others. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
