Join our team as a Brand Ambassador to represent an exciting new beauty brand that is launching its plant-based ingestible beauty gummies in Target stores nationwide! This is your chance to be part of an innovative product launch, engage with the community, and help disrupt the beauty and wellness market. As part of the street team, you’ll interact with local shoppers in front of and around Target stores, sharing samples and coupons, educating the public about the brand and product, and promoting a revolutionary approach to beauty and wellness. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent an exciting new beauty brand by engaging with shoppers in and around Target stores in San Diego, CA. Your primary responsibilities include distributing product samples (500 per shift) and coupons, educating the public about the brand's mission and the benefits of its plant-based beauty gummies, and encouraging them to visit Target for purchases. Using a provided wagon to carry products and supplies, you'll remain mobile and visible in designated high-traffic areas. You'll also maintain an approachable and professional demeanor while answering questions, tracking distributed items, and providing feedback from the activation. Event Location: San Diego, CA Event Address: Target Store address to be confirmed Dates & Times: February 8, TBD (4 hour shift) February 9, TBD (4 hour shift) Pay: $28.00/hr Parking Stipend: Up to $20.00 with proof of receipt Please note: Rideshare and other forms of transportation will not be reimbursed. Key Responsibilities: Product Sampling & Coupon Distribution: Hand out 500 samples and coupons per shift to passersby in and around local Target stores. Ensure each individual receives one sample and one coupon only. Education & Engagement: Educate potential customers about the brand's mission and the benefits of its plant-based beauty gummies. Effectively communicate the product's features, ingredients, and wellness benefits. Maintain Mobility & Visibility: Use the provided wagon to carry products and coupons, ensuring mobility and accessibility throughout the activation area. Stay stationed in designated areas but be ready to move to high-traffic spots as needed. Customer Interaction: Be approachable, friendly, and professional when engaging with the public. Answer basic questions about the product and encourage people to visit Target to purchase the beauty gummies using their coupon. Reporting & Inventory Management: Track the number of samples and coupons distributed. Provide feedback and observations from the activation to the client or team lead. Qualifications: Prior experience in brand ambassador, street team, or promotional roles preferred. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Comfortable engaging with strangers and sharing product information. Ability to stand and walk for long periods while carrying a wagon with supplies. Dependable and punctual with a professional appearance. Additional Information: Staff will receive a full briefing on the product and brand prior to the activation. Uniform: [Specify attire, e.g., branded T-shirt, jeans, comfortable shoes]. Must be able to pick up the wagon and product supplies from a designated location if needed. Reliable transportation to and from the activation sites is required.
