Brand Besties

We are seeking two energetic and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent our client at the RSA Conference in San Francisco. Brand Ambassadors will actively engage with attendees to drive traffic to the booth, educate them about the brand and its services, answer questions, and introduce them to the client’s team. They will ensure a positive visitor experience while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Additionally, they will assist with minor booth setup, organization, and breakdown, as well as follow any on-site instructions from the client team. The RSA Conference is an annual cybersecurity conference that brings together thousands of cybersecurity professionals, vendors, and associations. The conference's mission is to facilitate conversations about current and future cybersecurity concerns, ideas, and solutions. Event Location: Moscone Center Event Address: 747 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94103 Dates & Times: April 28, 9:00AM - 5:00PM April 29, 9:00AM - 5:00PM April 30, 9:00AM - 5:00PM May 1, 9:00AM - 5:00PM Please Note: Shift times are subject to change Pay: $28.00/hr Parking: Up to $30.00 per staff, per day with proof of receipt. Please Note: Rideshare and other forms of transportation will not be eligible for reimbursement. Responsibilities: Proactively engage with conference attendees to drive traffic to the booth. Educate visitors about the brand, its services, and key offerings. Answer any questions attendees may have about the brand and its services. Facilitate introductions between attendees and the client’s on-site team. Ensure all attendees have a positive experience at the booth. Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor at all times. Assist with minor booth setup, organization, and breakdown as needed. Follow all instructions provided by the on-site client team. Requirements: Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador, Trade Show Representative, or in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable initiating conversations. Ability to quickly learn about the brand and effectively relay key information. Professional appearance and demeanor. Punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions. Must be available for the full duration of assigned shifts.
