Job Overview: We are seeking 6 energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent our client, a premier car wash brand throughout Tampa, at an exciting parade in Ybor City, FL. As part of this activation, you will walk alongside the client’s float as it drives slowly through the parade route, engaging with the crowd and embodying a positive, friendly, and approachable attitude. This is a high-energy role where you will help showcase the brand and leave a lasting impression on parade attendees. The 2025 Illuminated Knight Parade is an annual event held in Ybor City, Tampa, Florida, hosted by the Krewe of the Knights of Sant' Yago, where illuminated floats, marching bands, costumed participants, and special guests parade through the streets celebrating Tampa's Latin heritage and civic pride; this is considered a highlight of the Gasparilla season and is particularly known for its vibrant floats and lively atmosphere. Event Location: Ybor City, FL Event Address: TBD Date & Time: February 8, 5:00PM - 10:00PM Pay: $30.00/hr Parking: Up to $25.00 per staff with proof of receipt. Please Note: Rideshare and other forms of transportation will not be eligible for reimbursement. Responsibilities: Walk alongside the float for the duration of the parade, maintaining a friendly, upbeat, and approachable demeanor. Wave to the crowd, smile, and engage with attendees to create a positive and memorable experience. Represent the client’s brand professionally and enthusiastically at all times. Stay hydrated and utilize the water provided on the float to ensure you remain energized throughout the event. Take breaks as scheduled, utilizing the private bathroom on the float when needed. Follow the parade route alongside the float while adhering to any event-specific guidelines or client instructions. Attire: You will be provided with a branded shirt. Please wear dark denim jeans (no rips or tears), clean, white comfortable shoes and an unbranded black jacket if necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience in brand representation, customer service, or promotional events is a plus. Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality with the ability to engage positively with the public. Comfortable walking for an extended period (the length of the parade route). Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with other team members and the client’s on-site staff. Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills. Able to wear event-appropriate attire (specific details to be provided, likely branded T-shirts or accessories). Additional Information: Water will be available on the float to ensure you stay hydrated throughout the event. A private bathroom will be accessible on the float. Breaks will be provided during the event to ensure staff can rest as needed. Exact meeting location and additional event details will be shared upon confirmation.
