We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to represent Dunkin' Donuts and Walmart during an exciting outdoor activation taking place throughout Florida. This activation will take place in the parking lots of designated Walmart locations and will focus on engaging consumers, distributing free coffee and donuts, and creating a memorable experience. As a Brand Ambassador for the Dunkin' Donuts x Walmart activation, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and memorable experience for consumers. Responsibilities include serving free coffee and donuts from a food truck, handing out branded swag and promotional materials, and replenishing supplies from the Dunkin’ Donuts inside Walmart. You’ll also assist with minor setup and breakdown tasks, such as organizing materials, wiping down the activation vehicle, and preparing coffee and donuts. Additionally, you’ll engage with consumers, drive traffic to the activation footprint, and ensure adherence to food safety and brand guidelines. This role requires teamwork, adaptability, and an outgoing personality to deliver an exceptional activation experience. Schedule: Thursday February 27, 8:00AM - 2:00PM Location: Venice, FL 34293 Friday February 28, 8:00AM - 2:00PM Location: Osprey, FL 34229 Pay: $28.00/hr Parking: Parking will be free on site. Requirements: Valid food handlers permit Responsibilities: Each event will require three Brand Ambassadors with the following specific roles: Coffee & Donuts Server: Serve free coffee and donuts from the activation's food truck. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area. Ensure food safety guidelines are followed. Swag Distributor: Hand out branded swag and promotional materials from the swag table. Engage with consumers, answer questions, and create a positive brand experience. Maintain the organization of swag materials. Runner: Go inside Walmart stores to replenish coffee and donuts from the Dunkin’ Donuts inside the store. Ensure food and beverage supplies are consistently stocked. Assist with other tasks as needed, including light setup and breakdown. General Responsibilities for All Roles: Engage with consumers and drive traffic to the activation footprint. Assist with minor setup and breakdown, such as wiping down the activation vehicle and organizing materials. Prepare coffee and donuts for serving as part of the setup process. Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a professional demeanor. Follow safety and health regulations at all times. Qualifications: Must possess a valid food handlers permit (or be willing to obtain one before the event). Outgoing, approachable, and energetic personality. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Prior experience in brand activations, food service, or customer service is a plus. Reliable transportation to the activation site.
