Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and engaging Mascot Performer to bring the character of "Distracted Driving Man" to life at our upcoming Distracted Driving Awareness Campaign activation. You will be responsible for wearing the cell phone mascot costume during this activation and engaging with attendees. You will need to be prepared to take photos with attendees and be able to engage with a wide range of people and ages. The Mascot Performer will bring the character of "Distracted Driving Man" to life, engaging with attendees in an animated and interactive manner while wearing a full costume. They will pose for photos, interact with guests to create excitement, and encourage participation in the driving simulation and survey collection. The performer must stay in character, maintain high energy, and comfortably manage the physical demands of wearing a mascot suit while taking short breaks as needed. They will work closely with Brand Ambassadors to enhance overall campaign engagement and visibility. Event Location: Broadway Square Mall Event Address: 4601 S Broadway Ave Tyler, TX 75703 Date & Time: April 13, 11:30AM - 6:00PM Pay: $40.00/hr Responsibilities: Wear the Distracted Driving Man costume and interact with attendees in a fun and engaging manner. Pose for photos and videos to help promote the campaign. Walk around the event space while staying animated and engaging. Encourage visitors to participate in the driving simulator and survey. Work with Brand Ambassadors to increase campaign engagement. Qualifications: Outgoing personality and ability to stay in character while wearing a mascot costume. Comfortable in a warm costume for extended periods with short breaks as needed. Previous mascot or performance experience preferred but not required. Reliable, energetic, and able to entertain and engage attendees of all ages.
