Job Description: As a Premium Concierge Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a premium hospitality experience to guests attending the MotoGP events in Austin, TX. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service at the entry points of our premium hospitality spaces. In this role, you will monitor access control and ensure that guests' needs are met promptly and professionally. Event Location: Del Valle, TX 78617 Schedule: Virtual Training, TBD (1 Hour) March 28, 6:00AM - 7:00PM March 29, 6:00AM - 7:00PM March 30, 6:00AM - 7:00PM Pay: $28.00 Key Responsibilities: Entry Point Service: Be stationed at the entry of our premium hospitality spaces to greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Assist with access control to ensure only authorized individuals enter the area. Guest Assistance: Serve as the point of contact for guests in premium hospitality areas. Be attentive to their needs and provide assistance, whether it's information, special requests, or resolving any issues that may arise. Access Control: Monitor guest access to premium hospitality spaces, verifying credentials and permissions to maintain a secure and exclusive environment. Premium Experience: Go above and beyond to enhance the premium experience for guests, making them feel valued and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay. Information and Directions: Provide guests with information about premium amenities, services, and event schedules. Offer directions and guidance within the premium hospitality area as needed. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Premium Concierge Staff members and event staff to ensure a seamless and coordinated guest experience. Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and professional demeanor. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a discerning clientele. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain access control protocols. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and requests promptly. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Must be available to work each day. Previous experience in guest services, concierge services, or a similar role is a plus. Must demonstrate punctuality and the ability to adhere to early morning schedules.
