Job Description:
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be at the forefront of ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for guests attending The MotoGP event in Austin, TX. You will be stationed at the Guest Services tents, which serves as the primary information hub inside the entry gates. Your role is crucial in answering event-related inquiries and providing direction to guests, contributing significantly to fan engagement and enhancing the overall fan experience.

Pay: $28.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Information Hub: Serve as the main point of contact for guests seeking event-related information. Be prepared to answer a wide range of questions and provide accurate, helpful responses.
Guest Assistance: Direct guests throughout the event property, guiding them to various attractions, facilities, and amenities, including restrooms, concession stands, and lost and found locations.
Fan Engagement: Go above and beyond to engage with fans, making them feel welcome and valued. Create positive interactions that leave a lasting impression.
Event Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the event schedule, activities, and any updates or changes. Share this information with guests to enhance their event experience.
Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or issues professionally and efficiently, seeking solutions that align with the company's standards for guest satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow Guest Services team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and guest assistance.
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
Ability to handle a high volume of guest inquiries and provide accurate responses.
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to guest engagement.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus.
Must be available to work each day.
Must demonstrate punctuality and the ability to adhere to early morning schedules.
