This has all been remote interaction, no face to face. All her instructions were clear, all our store contacts have been informed and aware of our process. She didn't try to force us to flyer in the rain, which is not only cruel but bad brand optics

We would never make our BA's flyer in the rain. That is the worst! Happy you had a good experience. :)
