We are looking for 2 bilingual Spanish females to asssit with the launch of a new skincare program in a well known fitness center. Locations & Dates Edinburg, TX 12/2 10am-10pm (10am-4:30 pm) (3:30pm-10pm) 12/3-12/6 5am-10pm (5am-2pm) (1 pm-10pm) 12/7-12/8 7am-7pm (7am-1pm) (1pm-7pm) 1 female BA per shift Longview, Tx 12/9 10am-10pm (10am-4:30pm) (3:30pm-10pm) 12/10-12/13 5am-10pm (5am-2pm) (1pm-10pm) 1 female BA per shift Ambassador Responsibilities 2 hour paid training required Daily Setup: Prepare the amenity area, ensuring equipment is operational and sanitized. Engage & Educate: Actively approach members to introduce the skincare amenity, provide demos, and encourage first-time use. Track & Report: Gather member feedback, and usage metrics, and provide daily reports to the program coordinator. Recruitment/Desired Candidate Profile Outgoing, personable individuals with a passion for skincare and wellness Previous experience in customer service, fitness, or beauty is preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to engage members Availability to work flexible hours, including peak times (mornings/evenings) Compensation $30 per hour Free access to the skincare solution while working
