They were on top of things with the paperwork and paid in a fair amount of time. The app NextCrew was nice to use where all the info I needed was in one place. I also appreciated that we got paid breaks.
What can this company improve?
I was hoping for the full hours advertised. They did change after I got hired and then shortened later on. I did not know the location inside the Mall of America until the day before. It also would have been nice to have the onsite manager send out a text the day before with information.
