RESPONSIBILITIES:
TBA based on role - we expect a high level of professionalism, energy, communication, and attention to detail for this high level guest conference. You will be on your feet for hours at a time. Registration support (printing badges with Cvent), meeting check in, wayfinding, planner support (setting up and packing up), dedicated staff to an interactive meeting rooms (handling applied vision equipment/disinfecting). It is extremely important to be on time and ready to start at call times assigned.
ATTIRE: ALL BLACK PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE - COMFORTABLE shoes are very important - NO SNEAKERS (loafers, flats, dress shoes, etc)
[NO: visible logos, brands, washed out, ripped items of clothing.]
GROOMING: Please review our standard grooming guidelines on the homepage. Long hair to be pulled back. Facial hair to be clean shaven or neatly trimmed.
[NO: colorful makeup, nail polish, jewelry (preferably).]
RATE: $25/Hour
