Excellent communication and quick to respond with any questions. Nancy was the lead and responded very quickly with any questions during the activation. The crew as a whole was a great group and all worked together at the end to get everything done on time.

What can this company improve?

Everything went great! Was hoping to work this event again, but they are fully staffed. Totally understand! This was definitely one of my favorite activations so far!! I would love the opportunity to work for SFM again in the future!

The entire team was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They definitely made the activation more enjoyable! Great job guys!

All around great energy from the team and even provided us a pizza dinner!

Higher pay for set-up/breakdown gigs, especially when most BA work is $30/hr and cost of living is demanding.
