PROGRAM OVERVIEW A major alcohol brand is bringing the heat to a big music festival in Mesa, AZ — and we’re looking for energetic, outgoing staff to help bring the experience to life! If you’ve got a passion for people, love the festival vibe, and can bring big energy to branded activations, this one’s for you. 📅 SCHEDULE Friday, April 18th: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (9 hrs) Saturday, April 19th: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (8 hrs) Note: Must be available for both days. Onsite training provided. 🌟 Brand Ambassador Responsibilities Ring the Bell Game Attendant Manage 1-on-1 game interactions Explain rules, facilitate gameplay and prize distribution Ring Toss Game Attendant Manage 1-on-1 game interactions Explain rules, facilitate gameplay and prize distribution Line Manager Engage waiting guests Help scan QR codes & complete surveys Usher to games and keep energy high Roaming Helper Encourage participation in games & activities Promote cocktails and photo ops Apply temporary tattoos, assist with shot ski, etc. 📝 REQUIREMENTS Outgoing, energetic, and responsible Must be 21+ Previous experience in liquor promos and/or festivals Comfortable being on your feet and outdoors for extended periods Team player with strong communication skills 👕 DRESS CODE Casual & clean: shorts or jeans + comfy sneakers Brand-supplied tops: crop tops (females) and t-shirts (males) Suggested tones: red, white, or denim No yoga pants Hype does not handle hiring via Trusted Herd.
