I love working with Hype. The communication is always great. All the details are in the job post and the people you work with are amazing. It’s so easy to submit yours hours. You don’t need to create invoices or download a different app to do it. They are definitely on top of my list.

Hype has always been a very reliable and professional company. They have a very simple platform for applying to jobs and submitting hours, and they always pay on time! They always seem to have very find events as well
There were 2 of us from NYC and they offered to pay one of us for 6 hours for 4 hours of work. I was early, worked an extra hour they needed and had to ask for the same pay. They obliged after a lot of back and forth. They never fixed my web page issue. I invested a lot of time on that.
Pay all the same. If you say something, do it and with an open heart to keep good staff.
COMMUNICATION IS AMAZING!!!You hear from your hiring Manager daily & on-site Managers are literally a text away or Always visible.

I worked with Hype over 5 times and I love it. They are very organize, conduct training if needed and available for all questions. You will never go into a job not knowing what you will do. On the Dashboard you can apply to jobs and they have all the details that you will need. Easy to submit hours
Their communication, meetings & ability to reach my hiring manager is Absolutely Amazing!!! Erynn has been reachable by all means of communication & replies back almost immediately. Also the 2 Tour Managers Amanda & Seth are so hands on & on the footprint the entire time.
I would LOVE to see them have more events in Arkansas!!!
