Fuel your career with a thrilling opportunity at Formula 1 Miami! We’re seeking experienced and personable Brand Ambassadors to join an exclusive Hospitality Program. If you have a background in hosting or serving and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is perfect for you! PROGRAM OVERVIEW: As a Brand Ambassador in the hospitality dining area, you’ll ensure an elevated guest experience by assisting with reservations, managing guest seating, and providing seamless coordination with the catering team. While no food preparation or serving is required, experience in serving or hosting is preferable. Schedule: Thursday, March 1st: 3-4 hour meeting at the track to review event details and responsibilities. Friday, March 2nd: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Saturday, March 3rd: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM Sunday, March 4th: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM Roles + Responsibilities: Greet and check-in guests in the hospitality dining area Assist with guest reservations and ensure timely seating Direct guests to their designated tables and offer general guidance Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth operations Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area as needed Uniform: TBD (Details to be provided closer to the event) Important Note: Hype does not handle hiring via Trusted Herd.
