We are seeking 102 Promo Models for an exciting PR Stunt in New York City. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SIGN A PHOTO RELEASE & BE AVAILABLE FOR THE SCHEDULED & RAIN CONTINGENCY DATE. This OUTDOOR PR event aims to promote a liquor brand and encourage the public to visit selected bars or order the product for delivery. Event Details: • Date: Thursday 3/29 (Rain contingency: 5/30 Friday) • Time: Estimated 12pm - 8pm • Pay Rate: $30/hr ($240 for the day) • Location: Various locations in NYC (Central meeting point likely Washington Square Park) Responsibilities: • Portray modern upscale waitstaff in a luxury setting • Hold trays with fake cocktails and move around NYC for up to 6 hours • Interact with the public, promoting visits to selected bars or delivery orders • Some staff may be required to serve drinks at an influencer event (bartending experience required) Requirements for All Staff: • Polished, professional appearance with strong presence and poise • Welcoming demeanor • Comfortable in formal attire (white dress shirt, black bowtie, dress shoes) • Ability to convey quiet confidence, attentiveness, and composure • General physical conditioning (able to carry trays and move for extended periods) • Clean, polished vibe • Ability & willingness to sign photo/video release forms Additional Requirements: • Tattoos: Must provide approval from the artist or be willing to cover up • Bartending Experience: Required for some staff (number TBD) Selection Process: • Headshots, names, and sizes required for all applicants • The brand team will be involved in the approval process so showcase your best self in your application • Self-tapes required for all staff with bartending experience Uniform/Attire: • Fully provided by the client Training: • 1-hour pre-production call (paid) Timeline: • Staff selection begins: 5/8 • Majority of staff secured by: 5/15 (latest) • Training and uniform distribution to follow Additional Information: • Staff will be divided into groups from the central location • 20 onsite backups will be booked as well so let me know if you're interested in a backup role • Some staff will be mixing/pouring drinks at an influencer event To apply, please submit 1-3 clear, smiling headshots, full name, and dress sizes (shirt, pants, shoes) as soon as possible to Stephanie@thehypeagency.com.
