Communicative, and Cara did a great job explaining the team building event.

Constant communication & total transparency from start to finish. Management didn’t hover or micromanage, letting us do our thing.. even encouraging us to take real breaks. Leads were out & about on the floor, not hiding in some back room like Leads from other gigs tend to do.

Hiring those that want to work and are not there just for social hour.

Very quick paced event. Client staff was quick to respond to our needs at registration.

Zamadia is wonderful! Have been booking with her for 4-5 years now. She takes great care of her BAs and communication is perfect!

The team and organizers were really nice. Clear communication and easy to follow instructions. Plus: we left with a bunch of merch.

I love how I was quickly booked and had a phone meeting the same day. Amanda was super kind and very pleasant to communicate with.

The only thing for this event that I wasn’t impressed with is that I was never sent any booking details. I didn’t know who was my off-site or on-site POC. This is not common for Victory, but for some reason, happened with this event. It was quickly resolved and everything went smoothly.

The booking process was easy and they checked in a week before the event via text to reconfirm which I appreciate. They also had lot of info available in the app except for the training doc.

What can this company improve?

The training doc was not available in the app as stated. It would have helped for us to know about what the drink giveaways were and to have it in writing (aka via training doc) because that caused problems with the store owner the 2nd day.

Responsive to emails. I like the app as well. They call or text you to book you which I appreciate!

Our team lead is knowledgeable and dedicated! This was my first ever event with Victory and I had a great time.

Not much to improve on, I would continue working with Victory.
